Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA). The FEIS is available

Next Steps: There will be a 30-day waiting period following publication by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency of a Notice of Availability (NOA) of the FEIS in the Federal Register on February 22, 2008. The BIA will prepare a Record of Decision (ROD), which will constitute the final agency decision on the proposed action. The ROD/final agency decision will be issued no sooner than March 25, 2008. |
